Mass spectrometry data backends for The Human Metabolome Database (HMDB)

The MsBackendHmdb package provides functionality to import and handle MS/MS spectrum data from The Human Metabolome Database HMDB. The package defines the MsBackendHmdbXml backend which can be used to import and use MS2 spectrum data from HMDB xml files with the Spectra R package.
